Whenever ZeTa can cast it. No one with magic 9 survived. I tried to SS every mage I found, but the only mage I know of who had 9 died before we could reach him

BoW does not have any mages. Elements has nobody with 9 magic. Our main mage is Percy, who has to pay about 50-55 billion (not million) for 9 magic. MaD has mostly Mabich/PDC alive, who don't have 9 magic.

Please arma for us in 2-3 days because I believe PDC deserves proper closure, and we can't arma ourselves.

we could wait for zeta... but given we waited a week on Valhalla... i have a different idea, i can request to get SSd, then plunder someone with 150m resources to get lv 9 and spend a day or two training to cast arma....

i would need bow to leave my 200k alone until i pull it off.. up to you guys.

I second Sal's suggestion, BoW or Elements postponing arma by potentially up to a full week seems hardly worth taking a single 200k.
