07:38:01 Apr 28th 15 - Ms. Soe: It doesn't force anyone to swap anything, all it does is make busywork where one team has to slowly swap their leader, prep a person to trust to promote the other teams leader, then get that other leader promoted to leader, and then lastly swap a bunch of vices around. All you did was glorified name change. Few people actually want to play the leader role, and most of the vices are just trusted players to send mass messages.

I also agree with what soe (zoe?) said regarding making odds Good and evens evil solely due to current players in kingdom. The teams I think is slightly in favor of evens, judging by activity displayed over the past 2 era's and player skill. Also a lot of last era's good players dedicated more time just to try and survive the onslaught and we spoke together that we really didn't want to commit that sort of time again or we will grow bored and frustrated very quickly of the game. Also some people havent put their names down like soccer who have spawned on the map already, we need to balance things like that out as well. Last era Evil had a few players that joined a day or two late who didnt put their name down at the start (Stew you were suppose to join good!) this all put it out of balance so we really need to consider this (Just look at how much damage stew did to us!) I propose we take Learner (Aussie) amd Shyers we give you Briefcase and Aloy (Im presuming he is playing next era but hasn't put his name down) Both active players and good players. Trading 2 better players to make up for the fact of players like soccer dropping without listing their name.
