Disbanding kingdoms and recreation is not available in GvE. I pm'ed ZeTa before Era starts & he told me only Good & Evil kingdom will be in GvE. If you create more kds, your members cant spawn on map! We tried!

GvE can only have two kingdoms. I've now reshuffled the world! 

All i know, everyone was randomly reshuffled to Good n Evil! We had lots of inactives too, but i pm'ed their main characters and yes they came back to GvE! Even sent mail couple of em if they have saved mail address.

I told Dakarta (Evil) to pm their inactive players main alive character, to call them back! Not sure what he did.

Mate i did everything to make it EVEN for both of Evil & Good.

My messages to Dakarta was pretty clear b4 era starts. But I'm pretty sure he didn't pm his inactive members main alive character! And even went inactive himself.

However, this era isn't over unless all Evil forces are gone/perished. Afterwards, we'll discuss about it on our High Council.

My ally lagged out and lost his cities so I had to raze my own! 
2nd most Fearsome ruler but I knew for the sake of GvE I had to let the good guys win so that this era had a happy ending.

(in all seriousness you should indeed put your real-life before VU it's all good! Looking forward to next round because the concept for GvE is solid and easy to get into)

In case you forgot Grand Moff, we have all the player combined in our kd, if we want, there'll be no reshuffling next era if Evil side agrees to accept you. We'll stay overpowered n keep killing you every upcomming eras

Activity isn't always the issue. Because some players are active (checks in every 1-7 days randomly) but dont spawn on map or play.
