Both my characters that are dead were not in Kingdom, and both dead, defeated so I had no option to join Kingdom either. All that I could do, like in my post, choose name, choose world, and choose to join or not join a Kingdom. Same thing happening like previous time when I complained about this.

Its hard for new players, and pretty much loose interest after this keep happening, why dont they make this simplier...
