I've been doing 10k max armouries for 2 eras now. Got full shorten time. Even the one 200k city I took from Binh 2 eras ago just have 9999 Armouries on it and still have full shorten time.

Back when I farmed in the the good old Predators destroy all of Mantrax days I would just max all the buildings out in my armories just so when I fell asleep They would have a job to do and could generate more taxes. Probably would have been better to build miens or something but oh well.

I remember back in the real good old days when you could set the rate at which you wanted to tax your people. Boost it to the max of what I think was 100% and add a few taverns and you've doubled your income from taxes... Good times.
