I would cast arma as soon as the major armies and at least one of the empires dead.

Im a believer of a quick game is a good game, when victory is assured why else play,

unless you have personal beef with a kingdom that you need to prove a point too

Oh, in the mean-time, would like to wish everyone who is going to play Valhalla next era a good era. I hope there will be less mass-NAPping and more all-era fighting (this is how you really learn to play the game), though with summer upon us, maybe everyone will just go meh....
