Mr. Throatslasher

Lived in Era 39, got 1 heir(s) (Throatslasher) and was a member of Insane Asylum

Belligerent and violence prone, Throatslasher is the archetype of powerful orcish warlords. He is a massive warrior adorned with scars and grotesque trophys in equivalent numbers, and few of the poor souls that have survived an attack by his cruelly bladed axe are fit to return to a normal life. Even though he is chiefly known for his brutish attitude and wanton bloodlust he privately prides himself on his grammatical abilities and philosophical musings, which may seem childish to many readers but represents significant effort on his part. The stories of unwise scholars coming to a ghastly end shortly after scoffing too loudly at Throatslasher's guttural slurs are plentiful. Refers to himself as "Da Big Orc Chief" frequently, apparently as a form of primitive brand-naming, if such is possible with scrawled prose dripping in colorfully depicted gore.
Was invited into the kingdom of CRAZY by his ruthless comrade Doomrune. CRAZY perused is sensible policy of consolidating power and expanding after securing most of their boarders with treaties, a strategy that suited Throatslasher very well. He happily contributed in many noteworthy conflicts, and gradually made a name for himself with his warriors and fellow Kings.
As the era closes, the forces of The Rebirth Empire tears through the boarders of Crazy. Chaos rages through the land as peasant and soldier alike are put to the sword. The writing is on the wall for Da Big Orc Chief, and though his towns will be among the last to fall the outcome is undeniable.
The Throatslasher collects his finest Demon-summoners and Enchanters which he names collectively "Da Dark Thorn of Throatslasha'" and sets into motion old and terrible magics by signing a pact with Nurgle, the Demon Lord of Decay. The Orc King watches his Dark Thorn shamans cut his belly open and remove his vital organs, a toothy grin is set on his blood smeared face. The dark rites being chanted in the background of the gristly vivisection will damn the souls of all within earshot, but they will also collect Throatslasher's soul as he dies and bind it to his lifeless corpse for all time. As the last gasp of air escapes Throatslasher's lips a putrid fog envelops the region, killing all in the ritual chamber and thousands of others across the countryside. Nurgle smiles on the greenskin warlord and also gives the blessing of undeath to The Dark Thorn, binding them into Throatslasher's service for eternity as shambling, rotting zombie-magi. It will be many years before Da Big Orc Chief wakes from the sleep of the dead into his new life as a Warlich. As a new era dawns he will arise, accompanied by his horrific entourage, to crush his enemies beneath blood soaked hobnail boots once again.

Sir Throatslasher

Lived in Era 40, got 0 heir(s) and was a member of Insane Asylum

The chamber that housed the warlich known as Throatslasher was built beneath a mausoleum built in his honor, and spanned several thousand square feet. A large contingent of undead servants shambled about guarding the master tomb, accompanied by The Dark Thorn. This horrific battalion ambled restlessly in the dark gloom for centuries, and above their crypt the armies of JUICY swept away all opposition. Peace and prosperity reigned for almost a millennium until the halflings, having no natural enemies anymore, overpopulated to the extent that their bodily odor and digestive emissions rendered the planet unable to support life. Entire civilizations were wiped out in less than a decade. After many, many years the air began to clear and the few remaining survivors were able to unblock their entrances and explore the surface of the planet once again.
After exiting his chambers the Warlich found it easy to find a few tribes of savage orcs and take control of them by ruthlessly slaughtering their current chieftains. After conscripting his initial shock regiment of feral orcs he sent his "boyz" out and easily conquered the surrounding countryside, establishing Nurgle's Forge as his capital. After the construction of his opulent and lethal looking stronghold, Throatslasher held a consecration ceremony that was in equal parts unholy ritual and debauched drug-fueled orgy. The highlight of the ceremonial proceedings were the release of dozens of nude "pinkskins" that had been heavily drugged, most of which had been made to wear prosthetic pigs ears and snouts. The events of the remainder of the evening would make stones weep in pity for the hapless humans, elves, dwarves and hobbits that never returned from that horrific gala, (Throatslasher particularly hates hobbits, and at any one point that evening he could be seen either absent-mindedly squeezing the life out of one, or dragging one of their corpses around so that it could be sodomized at his liesure.) but will not be relayed here due to time constraints. (I know one orcish biographer that has his sequel pretty much written out for him already!) The aftermath of this party took a thousand slaves four weeks to clean up, only to have Da Big Orc Chief order the wanton and debauched slaughter of the work-slaves, as he decided he liked it back the way it was, "Wif all dem tastey gizzards and wobbley bits layin' around for me ta snack on".
Throatslasher's sphere of control quickly expanded as his forces expanded along with the rest of his empire, The Insane Asylum. Even though land was easily controlled and populations expanded there were developments that hindered our anti-hero's progress in "becomin' da biggest an' most feared Greenskin Bastad in da whol wurld!", like heinous upkeep costs that dogged his economic development and did not make it easy to establish a large standing army. Eventually the Insane Asylum started a war that it couldn't finish and the empire of Dynamite led by their great general Water tore down all that CRAZY had built. Eventually as the world descended once again into fire and chaos Throatslasher found himself in what was once the least of his holdings, where he paced and raged at the walls for days, and then weeks. Little by little his retainers and servants slipped away in the night, until there was no living soul left in the entire town of Warg Pit, just Throatslasher the undying Warlord and his Dark Thorn. Eventually the area around Warg Pit was poisoned by the Orcish Warlich's presence and all living creatures avoided the place. As time and weather cover the pathetic bunker that houses Throatslasher with debris and earth, the once-mighty orc revenant hates and seethes for a hundred years, awaiting the events that will signal him to emerge once again and wreak his vengeance upon all that live.
