We're yet to see any report that shows our EITS on you guys, or our attack on you guys, RoC and if you can't come up with one, maybe you should keep your petty excuses for yourself.

this was the first attack on us, on an army tresspassing to go and fight further North.

I believe he was under the impression (as were we all) that you allowed us to clear the few RoC cities in our Eastern core.  All I see is him admitting that you gave us the right to take those cities and you saw it as a declaration of war.  Clearly you two didn't understand each other ;)

Z was under the impression that his decision to attack two RoC-members was final and not to be discussed. His decision was of course not an act of war, just something RoC had to live with in case they wanted to stay alive on Fant.

You had the choice to either give up those few cities near our core and be left alone... OR to be killed entirely.

You chose the second by retaliating when our troops went north through you core.

Kevin isn't admitting it's your core at all. His answers shows something between disbelief and an attempt to find out what you were up to with that statement.

As for last age:

• We had a CF with DOA with no conditions.
• We had a NAP with Fate.
• MADs Niques had a 5x army heading directly for the mentioned city.
• My 3x army wouldn't have had a chance to defend it against Niques.
• The owner (Jack) had announced he would be away the rest of the age (and he was away), so he couldn't give me a hand.

That are all facts.

So now you actually tells me, that I should have let Niques take the city and kill my army????? Knowing that Feanor would have kicked Niques, conquered the city and then attack the DOA player anyway.

We should open the gates in case Fate needed it (according to the NAP-agreement) - and as Jack was permanent offline the only way we could fullfil our obligation was to "remove" the wall, so of course I allowed Fate to CW the citywalls so Feanor could pass. It didn't take even 5 seconds to make that decision.

Result: He did kicked Niques as I hoped he would. I saved a RoC city and I saved my army. And this move made us able to make a counterattack on MAD.

My honor takes no harm of above action, even though it allowed Feanor to take the fight with the DOA-player faster than he normally would have been able to. We just had a golden oppotunity to get rid of our respective enemies and we took it.

We CF'd ROC because they were also getting hit by FATE-- was the only reason- and it was against the wishes of some of our members who were already warring or moving into that area.  But we didnt think it right to kill you again along with you getting hit by FATE- we called a CF-- hopefully allowing you to focus on your other enemy.  We had no idea that you also NAP'd them -- so yeah its' shady-- was shady of you to peace both sides and hole up in the middle and then open blockers for them.

yeah you landing your restart in a bad area-- but we could have killed you again-- and you know it-- we made the choice to give peace and you returned the favor by allowing Fate in on us-- so like i said-- colour it anyway you want-- its shady
